20+ year old cedar shake roof developed a leak. Michael with Sound Pacific explained what was happening with our existing roof and the options to fix it. The crew showed up promptly and worked their butt's off until it was completed and cleaned up. Would definitely use them again.
During a wind storm a neighbors tree fell through our roof. We contacted Sound Pacific and they were at our house shortly after to tarp up the hole. Their interaction with the insurance company was very smooth. They were punctual, finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up.
Michael is conscientious and definitely knows about membrane roofing products and options. We hired him for a ten year repair/recaulking job to hopefully extend the life of our roof. We will go with Sound Pacific when it comes time to replace our roof because of his forthright manner and knowledge of the job and work involved.
